Warrior Veterans & Invisible Wounds

Post traumatic Stress (PTS), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Military Sexual Trauma (MST) are the most common categories of invisible wounds experienced by our warriors as they attempt to "return home."

The impact on those veteran's ability to cope and function ripples through their families and communities and can cause systemic, multi-generational effects.

However, there is hope and it begins with respect which can lead to the kind of trust that can change lives and enrich families and communities. The FYS serves all those who are willing to work toward understanding this state of mind affecting the veteran's post war reality.
